Remembering Our Veterans

The museum has a uniform of every branch for each war (the uniforms from Desert Storm are on their way).  The uniform below was worn from 1917 through 1920, which was during the Spanish American War.

This document shows a widows pension pay.  It was made out to Mary McKelvey, whose husband was killed in the Spanish American War.  It states that as a widow, she was paid $8.00 a month.

Among the collection of flags, the museum has a U.S. Flag with 45 stars.  This flag was flown from 1896-1907.
